Upgraded accommodations

Puppies got their pen expanded this week and they are enjoying all the extra room.  It's very easy to get lost in watching them play or snuggling with them.  They have started greeting and following people when they are near the pen.  Yesterday they met their first long legged dog, Kylah.  Kylah is also so great and patient with puppies.  We got some rain this weekend and the smoke has cleared out.  Hopefully it will stay that way and we can start taking the puppies for some outside play time.

I'm a slacker!!!!

Oh my, it's been almost a week since I posted anything!  The puppies are doing great and growing like weeds.  They have started on gruel and LOVE it.  I'm hoping the smoke clears up this weekend, I really want to get them outside for playtime.  Here are some pictures I got this week of them and a short video.

Moving day

After Pouch and her brother making a couple escapes from the pool the puppies have been moved out to the main living area of the house.  Naveen seems very happy with the new arrangement.  Now that are they have been moved out from the bedroom we are accepting visitors.  Here is a pic cell phone picture from yesterday.  I'll be get more photos and possibly video posted over the next couple days since I have the next 3 days off!

Puppy video

The puppies just keep getting bigger and bigger, imagine that.  :-)  Later this week they will be moved out into the front room and then will be ready for visitors.  This morning, after a bed change, I took some video.  They thought it was nap time so they aren't super active.  In the second video I did get them playing a bit of "bitey face".

Two weeks old

Pups are two weeks old.  They are doing great, all of them are over two pounds.   The girls have their eyes open, the boys are working on it.   My schedule is pretty busy this week so not sure if I'll be able to get individual pictures but here are some from this week.

Working on peepers

Puppies are starting to open their eyes.   Both girls have eye slits this morning.  I didn't get many pictures since I had doctors appointment this morning and will have extra long shift today at work.   Here's what I do have and I'll work on more pics later this week.

One Week Photos

All the puppies are doing great.  Everyone is pretty close to twice their birth weights.  Tonight we got some individual photos of each puppy's side and head as well as everyone got their first nail trim after weights and photos were done.  Here are the pictures from today in birth order.

Puppies are a week today.  Because of my work schedule and what will be my normal days off I'll be doing their weekly stuff on a day late on Thursdays.   But in the meantime here is a photo dump for you to enjoy.
